This open level drop-in class is catered to who's in the room each class. You can expect to feel lighter, longer, and more expansive by the end of each practice.

Located in the Switch House complex, formerly the Soap Factory, at 514 2nd Street SE, Suite 105, Minneapolis, MN 55414. 6 parking spaces on 5th Street, free street parking on 5th between 2nd and University Ave, on 2nd Ave between 5th and 6th Streets, and on 7th Street between University and 2nd. Main entrance is on 5th Street.
