Throughout the month of December, Sunna is offering a free weekly class to help you unwind and de-stress! These 30-minute weekend classes are a great way to fit movement and mindfulness into your busy routine without stressing your finances!
On Sunday, December 22, I will guide us through a 30-minute foam roller myofascial release class. Foam rolling is great for massaging sore or tight muscles and rehydrating the different layers of tissue in the body. Make sure you drink plenty of water!
Pre-registration is greatly appreciated, though no one will be turned away at the door.
